摘要
１９９５年～１９９６年间，应用保留真皮下血管网皮瓣方法，回植修复治疗急诊皮肤撕脱伤２９例，有２２例皮肤全部成活，２例皮肤成活率为６０％～７９％，５例皮肤成活率为８０％～９０％，２９例均无创面感染。结果提示：该皮瓣在修复治疗急诊皮肤撕脱伤中可获得较好的疗效。
This paper deals with 29 cases of the repair of skin laceration by reserving subdermal vascular network skin flap from 1995 to 1996, in which 22 cases were 100% successful and the skin survival rate of 2 cases and 5 cases were 60%￣79%, 80%￣90% respectively.Aff the flaps had no wound infection.The results indicate that it is effective to use subdermal vascular network skin flap in emergency treatment of skin laceration.
