摘要
本文首先分析了比较有影响的几种区域经济发展理论及其适用条件,然后从区域创新能力和投资能力这两个决定区域经济增长的主导要素出发,在计算与分析的基础上,探讨区域经济发展战略,提出东北老工业基地等“古典”区域,应采取“再造战略”;河南等“中部”区域,应采取“对接战略”;对于落后的西部地区则应选择“融合战略”。
The paper first analyzes several influential regional economic development theories and their applying conditions, and then starting from innovation competence and investment competence which are two leading factors deciding the growth of regional economy, on the basis of calculation and analysis, discusses regional economic development strategy. The author puts forward ＂the renew strategy＂ for the old northeastern industrial region, ＂the butt joint strategy＂ for the less -developed middle areas like Henan, and the ＂amalgamation strategy＂ for the under- developed western areas..
