摘要
近年间,我国的产能过剩相当严重。这种在经济高位运行中产生、扩展和蔓延的产能过剩不仅具有影响全局的性质,而且也不是一两年间可以消失的。所以,对其严重性不可低估。产能过剩的直接成因是投资和消费的关系失调,深层次成因则是宏观调控缺乏系统的理性思考。
In recent years surplus production is rather serious in our country. This kind of surplus production that arises, spreads and pervades in high - level economic operation will affect the whole situation and will not disappear in one or two years. Therefore its seriousness shouldn＇t be underestimated. The direct cause of surplus production is the maladjustment of the relationship between investment and consumption and the profound cause is that macro control lacks systematic rational consideration.
