摘要
实验以司盘(Span)、吐温(Tween)和胆固醇(CH)为主要原料,通过超声波法制备了头孢呋辛钠囊泡,并对可能影响包封的各种实验条件进行了优化.实验表明:在50℃超声50 min的条件下,Span40与CH的用量比为2∶1时形成的囊泡对1.5 mg/mL的注射用头孢呋辛钠平均包封率达65%以上,而且制备的头孢呋辛钠囊泡在模拟胃流体和模拟肠流体中均有缓释作用.
The niosomes loaded with Cefuroxime Sodium was prepared from Span (or Tween) and Cholestesterol using ultrasonication. Some experimental condition have been optimized the results show that the entrapment efficiency of niosomes prepared by Span40 with Cholesterol (2:1, V/V) reached 65% for Cefuroxime Sodium for injection . Furthermore, in simulated gastric and intestinal fluid , the release rate of Cefuroxime Sodium niosomes is slower than that free Cefuroxime Sodium solution.
