摘要
国外金融监管经历了从分业经营、分业监管到混业经营、混业监管的变革。从我国金融监管体制最终发展趋势上看,亦将从分业经营、分业监管变革到混业经营和混业监管。当前的金融分业监管体制适合我国现阶段的金融业发展状况。但现行金融监管体制存在着的许多问题,我们还应当有针对性的进一步加以完善。
The financial supervision in foreign countries passed the processes from financial industries managed and supervised respectively to these industries managed and supervised overall. On general tendency, ours also will achieve above changes. But in a long time, the system of financial industries managed and supervised respectively suit for the financial developing situation. So we should further improve our financial system.
