肝移植术后影像学随访的价值

摘要 目的初步探讨肝移植术后并发症的影像学随访检查价值。方法利用X线、CT及B超等影像学检查手段对肝移植术后患者进行观察。结果肝内胆管狭窄、吻合口狭窄、狭窄后扩张、胆管内充盈缺损的发生率分别为8.7%、4.3%、8.6%、17%。肺部感染发生率为26%,胸腔积液发生率100%,无胆漏发生。结论早期影像学随访观察,及时诊断移植肝并发症对提高肝移植成功率具有重大的临床价值。
