摘要
对高校档案信息资源的开发利用是其信息价值的一种体现。因此,高校的档案管理工作就应从自身特点出发,适应知识经济时代的发展要求,进一步更新观念,加速推进高校档案的信息化建设,适时地将其潜在价值转化为现实价值,开发出档案利用者关注的动态信息材料,以便更好地服务于学校和社会。
