摘要
本文以桂林某综合教学大楼为例,在进行地基常规勘察评价的基础上,着重探讨了综合教学大楼在岩溶径流带水井抽水条件下的地基稳定性问题。研究结果表明,在抽水降深12m的条件下,虽然教学大楼地基中的岩溶地下水位与基岩面高程比较相近,有可能导致土洞形成,但由于该建筑场地土层厚度较大,胶结较为紧密,粗颗粒含量较多,可在一定程度上抑制土洞向地表塌陷发展的进程。基于此认为,综合教学大楼使用过程中只要注意保持抽水的连续性,其地基稳定性是有保障的。经综合教学大楼16年的安全运行证明,当年的勘察评价结论正确,方法可行。
The karsts are developed well in the carbonate rocks that are lied under the leterite foundation soil and sited on the karst groundwater run - off band. As the caves and cracks developed in the carbonate rocks were usually joined together with the leterite foundation soil and the water acting in the caves and cracks erode the leterite foundation soil, so that the earth caves be formed in the soil and will lead a building to destroy. According to the data prospecting on the leterite foundation soil of a comprehensive teaching building which site on a karst groundwa- ter run - off band in Guilin city, the author not only has analysed the bearing capacity of the leterite soil but also has mainly researched the stableness of the building under the water well that is near it is in pumping. The results show that some earth caves may be produced in the leterite soil base as the water level in the water well drop down 12m, because the altitude of the water level is similar to the distribution surface of carbonate rocks. Considering the soil thickness is large and the shingle grains in the soil are many, which can restrain the earth caves develop upon in an extent. Hence, the leterite foundation soil still be stable if the pumping is kept continuously while the building will be used. The building used over 16 years has proved that the prospecting plant and appraising method of the leterite foundation soil in the past is suitable and the obtained conclusions are correct.
