摘要
通过对社会体育指导员现状的研究进行分析和总结,找出我国社会体育指导员工作中存在的问题,为有关决策部门提供参考。
Based on the analysis of the present conditions of social sports instructors, this paper detected some problems in their work and will offer some references for the relevant decision-making departments.
