摘要
应用数学形态学方法对钢管焊缝X射线检测的图像处理进行了详细地分析研究,通过对钢管焊缝检测灰度图像的去噪、增强和分割处理的实例,讨论了灰度形态学图像处理的方法及其在焊缝射线检测中的应用。实验结果证明了处理方法及其技术实现的实用性和可行性。
The image processing of steel pipe welding seam X-ray inspection by means of mathematical morphology was analyzed. Through the instances of noise reduction, enhanement and segmention of gray scale images of steel pipe welding seam inspection, the method of image processing by gray scale morphology and its application to welding seam x-ray inspection were discussed. Experimental results show its practicability and technical realization feasibility.
