摘要
目的对锡类贴片制备工艺的配方比例、稳定性、黏附性及释放度进行研究,为制备工艺提供依据。方法通过测定贴片稳定性、黏附性和释放性能确定贴片的配比和工艺。结果最佳配比CMC-Na∶L-HPC∶锡类散=1∶1.1∶0.94,此配比使贴片具有较好的药物黏附性能且性质稳定,并具有缓释作用。结论按此最佳配比制备的贴片既有良好的黏附作用又可定位释放,延长了药物与病灶部位的作用时间,提高了疗效。
Objective To provide the theoretic basis for production technique of Xilei picking by studying its recipe, stability, adhesivity and release property. Methods The recipe and producing technique of the picking were determined by detecting its stability, adhesivity and release property. Results The proportion of CMC-Na ： L-HPC ： Xilei powder = 1 ： 1.1 ： 0.94 had best adhesivity , stability and slowing release property. Conclusion The picking with the best proportion has not only good adhesivity but also the orientated releasing property and can prolong the acting time between the drug and the focus point to improve the drug effects.
