摘要
目的探讨输尿管镜在复杂肾结石开放手术中的应用价值。方法将输尿管镜应用于肾盂或肾实质切开取石术治疗复杂肾结石中,夹取肾盂或肾盏内结石,并配合气压弹道碎石击碎铸形结石或肾盏内的大结石。结果84例成功,2例残余结石。结论复杂肾结石在开放手术中配合输尿管镜加气压弹道碎石是一种安全有效的方法,具有对肾脏损伤小,出血和残余结石少等优点。
Objective To evaluate the appliation of ureteroscope in operation of complicated renal calculi. Methods The ureteroscpe were applied to complicated renal calculi through renal pelvis or rend parenchyma. During the surgical procedure, the ureteroscope, ballistic lithotripsy and forceps were used to get rid of the kidney stones. Results All the 84 cases except two were fairly successful in getting rid of all the stones. Conclusions Combining with the ureteroscope in operation is a safe and effective method to deal with complicated renal calculi, which has the advantage of less injury to kidney, less bleeding and few residual stones.
