摘要
明前期的清官循吏数量较多,形成一个群体,明中后期的清官循吏数量锐减,成为偶发的个体。但就名气而言,明前期的清官循吏却明显不如中后期的清官循吏。这主要是因为明前期和中后期的政治环境和君主的治国之策不同造成的。
There are a lot of respectable and morally lofty officials who formed a group in early Ming Dynasty, however, this number reduces sharply in middle and late Ming Dynasty. As far as repute is concemed, early respectable and morally lofty offcials are not as good as those subsequent ones, because the political background and the policies on managing state affairs are different with the change of times.
