摘要
对保偏光纤偏振参数的自动测量进行了实验研究。论述了保偏光纤的特性和参数,分析了光电信号的调制特性和提取微弱信号的有效方法,提出了基于FPGA的保偏光纤偏振自动测试方案,并对其进行了具体设计和实施,使之成为一个实用可靠的测试仪器。仪器的使用验证了方案和设计的有效性。
The auto-measuring system of optional fiber polarization characteristics is studied. This paper describes the characteristics and parameters of PM optical fiber and also analyze the modulate characteristics of photo-electricity signal as well as effective method of weak signals. It gives an auto-measuring method of PM optical fiber based on FPGA technology and also gives comprehensive details of designing and implement. Based on the above works, we make it a usable and reliable auto-measuring system. The using of instrument validates the effectiveness of the scheme and designing.
