摘要
中国船舶工业经过20多年改革开放取得了令世人瞩目的成绩,但与世界先进造船国家相比,还存在多方面的差距。如何缩小差距,实现我国造船工业的跨越式发展,本文从破立的角度,通过对造船理念、技术、体制机制和管理创新的论述,确立发展先进的造船生产力必须走不断创新之路的论断。
Through practice of reform and opening, China＇s shipbuilding industry has obtained great success well known all over the world. But compared with the world＇s advanced level, there are many gaps. For realizing striding foward of our shipbuilding industry, this paper discusses the shipbuilding ideas, technology, system of organization and management, and establishes the inference that we must uninterruptedly strive for creation to develop advanced shipbuilding productive forces.
