摘要
通过将约束理论运用到到船舶分段制造管理中,分析分段制造链流程以及其中的瓶颈因素,提出了分段制造环境下的场地缓冲器方程,并且将其运用到实际的船舶分段制造中,从堆放场地变化、制造场地变化两方面,定量分析各种瓶颈因素及其对应的解决办法,提高约束理论在船舶实际生产管理中的可操作性。
This paper employed the theory of constranins into the block manufacture management in shipbuilding. An equation for Field-Buffer is proposed in this paper. Based on that equation,quantitative analysis is made for two situations： change of fields for stock and change of fields for manufacture. Some .solutions are also put forward according to the above equation, which improve TOC＇s practicability in shipbuilding manufacture management .
