摘要
通过将约束理论运用到到船舶分段制造管理中,分析分段制造链流程以及其中的瓶颈因素,提出了分段制造环境下的场地缓冲器方程,并且将其运用到实际的船舶分段制造中,从堆放场地变化、制造场地变化两方面,定量分析各种瓶颈因素及其对应的解决办法,提高约束理论在船舶实际生产管理中的可操作性。
This paper employed the theory of constranins into the block manufacture management in shipbuilding. An equation for Field-Buffer is proposed in this paper. Based on that equation,quantitative analysis is made for two situations: change of fields for stock and change of fields for manufacture. Some .solutions are also put forward according to the above equation, which improve TOC's practicability in shipbuilding manufacture management .
