摘要
目的探讨接受鼻内镜手术慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者的疗效及影响疗效的相关因素。方法接受鼻内镜手术慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉患者89例(147侧),术后综合治疗包括：清理术腔、鼻腔冲洗、抗生素、激素、黏液促排剂及免疫调节剂等。结果慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉89例(147侧),治愈62例(69．9%),好转21例(23．5%),无效6例(6．7%)。术后头痛缓解率为92．1%(82/89)；鼻堵缓解率为84．2%(75/89)；脓涕痛缓解率为59．5%(53/89)；术后症状完全缓解者57例(64．0%),部分缓解24例(26．9%),总有效率为91．O%(81/ 89)。结论慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉内镜鼻窦手术远期疗效满意。
Objective To evaluate the results of endoscopic sinus surgery（ESS） in patients with chronic sinusitis and polyp. Methods The management during follow-up was adopted under nasal endoscope and local anesthesia. The postoperative treatment included cleaning operative cavity, nasal irrigation, anti-biotic.s, steroid, immune regulator, etc. Results Overall cases included 89 cases（ 147 sides） of chronic sinusitis, the cure rate was 69.9 % （62 cases）,21 cases（23.5 % ） were improved, while other 6 cases（6.7 % ） had no effect. Overall symptoms, 92.1% （82 / 89） with headache were improved,84.2 % （75/89） were free of nasal obstruction and 59.5 % （53/89） gained a relief of purulent discharge. The total effective rate of ESS was 91.0 % （81/89）. Conclusion ESS in patients with chronic sinusitis has a good long-term curative effect.
