摘要
通过试验研究和分析细致描述了碳缺陷形成机理,研究了模样材料性质、密度、浇注温度及速度、涂料和砂型透气性及润湿性、真空负压等主要因素对消失模铸铁件碳缺陷的影响,碳缺陷防止措施及实践。并提出了防止碳缺陷的一些具体措施。
In this article the forming mechanism of carbon defects is described by tests and analysis. Also the influence of such factors as pattern quality and density, pouring temperature and velocity, coating, sand permeability and wet ability, vacuum negative pressure on carbon defects of lost foam cast iron are studied. Moreover some concrete preventive measures on carbon defects are put forward.
