摘要
介绍一种新型具有公共联接铁心的横向磁场永磁电机的定子组成及其结构特点,主要讨论了采用传统基于单元极三维等效磁网络法进行这种特殊结构形式电机磁场分析的局限性和存在的问题;进而建立了相应的二维场物理模型,并进行了有限元计算,重点分析了公共联接铁心所造成的极间磁路耦合及其对绕组磁链和感应电动势等所产生的影响。样机试验证明了上述分析的正确性。
A novel transverse flux permanent magnet machine (TFPM) with a common linking core is introduced, and the limitation of 3-D equivalent magnetic network (3DEMN) method, which was ever used to calculate conventional TFPM magnetic field, is analyzed in this paper. Based on the special stator structure, a simplified 2-D physical model is established, and 2-D finite element method (2DFE) was used to calculate its magnetic field; then according to its flux distributions, the coupling between adjacent poles and its effects on flux linkages and back EMFs, which are all caused by the common linking stator core, are discussed in detail. Experimental data of the prototype accord with the analysis.
