摘要
性能优良的前置放大器和成形电路往往电路系统较为复杂,庞大而不适用于便携式能谱仪中。介绍了一种基于前放芯片CR-110及成形芯片CR-200的能谱仪电子学系统,在减少体积的同时保证了良好的性能,适用于各种便携能谱型仪器。
Preamplifiers and shaping amplifiers with excellent performance are not adapt to apply in portable unit because of their complex structures and voluminosity. This paper mainly introduces a kind of mini electronics system used in portable energy spectrometers based on CR-110 ＆ CR-200 chips, and this systern gains a much smaller volume at loss of tiny performance and could be widely used in various spectrometers.
