摘要
分别以乙醇镁和氯化镁/三乙胺为催化剂对异丁酰乙酸乙酯的合成进行了研究,并对氯化镁/三乙胺法的反应时间对产率的影响作了进一步考察。当原料配比为n异丁酰氯:n丙二酸单E酯钾:n氯化镁:n三乙胺=1:1.4:1.68:3.5,反应时间12h,温度0~5℃时,产率可达61%。
A new synthetic approach to ethyl isobutyrylacetate based on magnesium ethoxide and magnesium chloride/triethylamine catalysis system has been studied. Optimum ratio of the reactants was as follows: n ( isobutyryl chloride ) : n ( potassium ethyl malonate) : n (magnesium chloride) : n (triethylamine) = 1 : 1.4:1.68:3.5;the reaction was conducted at 0~5℃ for 12 h. The highest yield gained in our experiments was 61%.
