摘要
以1-烷基-3-甲基咪唑基四氟硼酸盐类离子液体作为薄层色谱展开剂添加剂,考察了对4种麻黄碱分离的影响。添加离子液体能有效改善麻黄碱的展开效果及分离选择性,而且所有分析物的Rf值随离子液体浓度的增加呈规律性的变化,即先增加后保持不变。咪唑基离子液体能有效抑制硅胶基固定相表面自由硅羟基的有害作用。
The separation Of four ephedrines using 1-alkyl-3-methyl-imidazolium tetrafluomborate ionie liquid as the elute additives in thin layer chromatography was studied. The addition of ionic liquids could greatly improve the peak shape of ephedines (norephedrine, ephedrine, pseudoephedrine and methylephedrine). The retardation factor (Rf) of the analytes increased at first and then do not change with the increase in the concentration of ionic liquids. These effects demonstrated that imidazolium tetrafluoroborate ionic liquid could effectively suppress the deleterious effects of free silanols on silica-based stationary phase. Besides, the selectivity of four analytes were changed with addition of ionic liquid,which indicated there could exist simultaneous two separation mechanism to determine the retentions.
