摘要
借鉴历史上国有法人股回购案例,分析了郑州煤电公司提出的“股改+定向回购”方案在解决股权流通和大股东占款问题中的作用,并对该方案的可行性进行了肯定。
Based on the cases of repurchasing the state-owned corporate shares in the history, this paper analyzes on the functions of the ＂share-right reform and directive repurchasing＂ scheme put forward by Zhengzhou Electric Coal Company in solving the problems of the circulation of the share-right and the fund-occupation of the large stockholders, and affirms the feasibility of this scheme.
