摘要
对数字图书馆运作所涉及的网上资料的著作权保护问题、数字图书馆网站链接与网页设计问题、向网站上载资料引发的著作权问题进行了分析,并提出了相应的解决方案。
This paper analyzes on protection presumption, the problem of uploading data to website, and advances the problems in the digital library operation, such as the problem of copyright website link and homepage design of digital library and the copyright problem of some corresponding solving methods.
