摘要
近年来,许多高校为了提升学校的整体绩效,已将年度绩效考核作为学校工作的一项重要内容,但结果却不尽如人意。鉴于高校教师工作的特点,针对高校教师绩效考核的特殊性,指出绩效考核标准与考核模式应该结合实际情况灵活制定,才能取得良好效果。
College leachers＇ performance check is a very important way of college teachers＇ management. Recent years, many colleges annually have checked teachers＇ performance to promote the performance of the whole college, but the check results are always not satisfactory. This paper discusses the characteristics of college teachers and puts forth detailed countermeasures.
