摘要
大学理念在教育发展中具有先导作用,对提高我国高等教育的办学水平,加快高等教育国际化步伐,建设一流大学都将产生积极的影响。梅贻琦的“大师论”具有相当的先进性,他提出要加强教师在学校中的主导地位,整顿师资队伍,重视师生关系在教育中的作用。吸收和借鉴梅贻琦的“大师论”,对于强化建设一流大学的大学理念有重要的现实意义。
The university idea is guiding for the education development, and it should make active effect on enhancing the running level of higher education, on speeding up the higher education＇ s internationalization, and also on the first - class university construction. But ＂Master Theory＂ of Mei Yiqi is very advanced considerably. Now absorbing and profiting ＂Master Theory＂ from Mei Yiqi will have the important practical significance for the ideal about constructing the ＂first - class＂ university.
