摘要
并案侦查已成为一种基本的侦查方式,加强并案侦查研究是侦查实践的迫切需要;现代科学技术的发展为全面提升并案侦查工作水平提供了客观可能性,必须把握机遇,深化研究,乘势而上,全面提高其应用水平;并案侦查工作实践中积累的丰富的成功经验和失误教训亟待总结和提炼。并案活动分为硬件并案和软件并案两大类。硬件并案又分为软件高度相关之硬件并案、软件中度相关之硬件并案和软件低度相关之硬件并案、不涉及软件的直接硬件并案;软件并案又分为常规软件并案和高难度软件并案。并案过程中只有对并案条件加以科学的运用,才能真正提高并案侦查的水平。
Have being a general investigative way, investigating merged cases should been studied deeply in investigative practice with the urgency. There is an objective possibility which has been approved by the progress of modern scientific and technology for improving overall the work levelof investigating merged cases, we must seize the right time, do a deepen research for raising applylevel in an all - round way and up and up, It is necessary to sum up and generalize the rich experienceand the lesson in the investigative practice with the change of criminal activities, social progress, legal system perfect, and with further promotion of investigative practice standardized, specializedand modernized. The activities of merged cases includes merged case with hard ware and mergedcase with soft ware. We should regard the conditions of the two activities as the principles factorsapplied in a scientific way to improve really the level of investigating merged cases.
