摘要
随着我国加入WTO和全球经济一体化进程的加快,国外连锁企业越来越多地进入我国的市场,如何在日益激烈的竞争中生存下来,成为我国连锁企业面临的一个重要问题。而实行共同配送,则是各连锁企业取得竞争优势的一个很好的策略。文章就目前我国连锁企业实行共同配送的现状和所面临的问题进行了详尽的分析,并对如何解决这些问题推动国内连锁企业实现共同配送提出了建议。
With China entering WTO and the speeding up of global economic integration, more and more foreign chain businesses are entering Chinese market, so it is an important issue Chinese chain businesses must face how to survive in the severe competition, and cenunon delivery is a very good strategy for them to gain competitive advantages. This article has analyzed the current situation and problems in the cemmon delivery of domestic chain businesses and put forward some suggestions to solve these problems and promote cemmon delivery.
