美百乐镇治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

摘要 目的观察美百乐镇缓解不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)程度。方法46例UAP患者随机分为两组,两组患者在入院后常规治疗(如吸氧、速避凝、阿司匹林、硝酸脂类、倍他乐克、止痛、镇静、ACEI等),治疗组23例用美百乐镇20mg/d,睡前服,连服6个月,对照组仅常规治疗不给调脂治疗。观察两组患者于治疗后二周和治疗后四周心绞痛缓解程度、发作次数及半年左心室功能,治疗前后血脂情况。结果治疗二周两组间缓解心绞痛的显效率存在差异(88.6%、70.2%)(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前后血脂有明显差异(P<0.05),而对照组治疗前后无差异,两组半年左心室功能无统计学意义。结论美百乐镇联合应用常规抗心绞痛药物可以有效地缓解UAP。
