摘要
目的探讨pRb蛋白在浆液性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及其临床意义,为卵巢癌的治疗提供依据。方法选择91例卵巢浆液性肿瘤石蜡包埋组织,包括良性肿瘤20例,交界性肿瘤15例,原发性浆液性囊腺瘤56例和相应的有癌转移的盆腔淋巴结24例,以10例正常卵巢组织做对照,应用免疫组织化学染色SP法检测pRb蛋白的表达情况,分析其与浆液性卵巢肿瘤良恶性、浆液性囊腺癌组织学分级,FIGO分期及预后的关系。结果浆液性卵巢组织中pRb蛋白的表达阳性率为46.2%,明显低于正常卵巢组织(90%),而卵巢浆液性良、恶性肿瘤之间,高分化和中低分化浆液性囊腺癌之间,早期和中晚期浆液性囊腺癌之间pRb蛋白表达阳性率无明显差异(p>0.05),pRb蛋白表达阳性和阴性浆液性卵巢癌患者术后生存率也无明显不同(p>0.05)。结论pRb蛋白减少或缺失有利于细胞周期加速转换和肿瘤性疾病的发生,但与浆液性卵巢癌分化程度、FIGO分期及预后的关系有待进一步研究。
Objective To analyze the clinical roles of pRb expression in human serous ovarian tumor, and to provide information for genetherapy of ovarian cancer with pRh. Methods Using immunohistochemistry Sp technique the expression of pRb protein were detected in a series of formalin-fixed paraffin samples, including 10 normal ovaries, 20 serous ovarian adenomas, 15 border lines （low maligment potential, LMP）, 56serous ovarian carcinomas and 24 lymphonodes with tumor metastasis. Results The expression of pRb protein was significantly decreased in serous ovarian neoplasm＇s （46.2%） compared with that in normal ovarian epithelium （90%）. No correlation was found between expression of pRb protein and FIGO stage of histological grade of serous ovarian cancer or post-operation survival rate （p〉0.05）. Conclusions pRb protein acts as a negative regulator of cell cycle and deregulate the expression of pRb protein, but may not play important role in progression of human serous ovarian carcinoma. Further studies are necessary to reveal the exact roles.
