摘要
目的观察1种新的活化T细胞膜分子p140在输血患者T淋巴细胞的表达。方法选择7名输血患者(均为意外创伤)为实验组,10名未输血患者(泌尿结石或精索静脉曲张术前患者)为正常对照组,用免疫荧光染色和流式细胞术观察p140在两组患者淋巴细胞中的表达。结果p140在输血患者淋巴细胞亚群及活化T细胞有表达,第1周时最高,至第4周时已无表达;而正常对照组患者外周血单个核细胞上始终无p140表达。结论p140在输血患者T淋巴细胞的表达表明:输血患者T细胞有活化,此种活化为外来抗原特异诱导的。
To investigate the expression of a novel membrane molecule p140 on activated T cells in blood transfusion recipients. Methods Immunofluoescence staining and FCM analysis were used to detect the expression of p140. Results p140 was expressed by the lymphocyte subpopulation and activated T cells of blood transfusion recipients. Conclusion p140 was expressed on T cells of blood transfusion recipients; it is a T cell activated antigen, which could be induced by transplanted antigen.
