摘要
阐述了轻珠混凝土的发展意义、分类、用途、技术性能及特性。以发泡倍率160倍左右,颗粒直径为3～8mm,密度为6～7kg/m3,不吸水,导热系数约为0.04W(/m·K)的超轻EPS圆形白色弹性泡沫珠(简称轻珠)为轻集料,取代普通混凝土中的部分或全部砂、石集料配制成密度低于1800kg/m3的轻质EPS泡沫珠混凝土(简称轻珠混凝土),应用在混凝土填充工程。研究表明,轻珠混凝土是一种有发展前景的轻质、节能、节省资源、使用方便、价格适宜的商品混凝土新品种。
The significance of developing lightweight foam bead concrete, its classification,application, technical performance and features are expounded.Taking expansion ratio about 160 times extra light EPS round and white elastic foam bead （abbr.light bead） with diameter of 3-8 mm,density of 6-7 kg/m^3, no-absorption of water and thermal conductivity of 0.04 W/（m·K） as light aggregate,to substitute for a part of or all of sand and stone aggregate of normal concrete to prepare lightweight EPS foam bead concrete （abbr.light bead concrete） with density lower than 1 800 kg/m^3, that is used in lightweight concrete filling engineering. The study proves that the light bead concrete is a new product of commercial concrete that is light in weight, energy saving, resource saving,easy to use,proper price and has a bright developing future.
