摘要
垂体肿瘤转化基因(p itu itary tumor transform ing gene,PTTG)是近年发现的在垂体肿瘤中分离出的具有强致癌作用的癌基因,与多种肿瘤的发生、发展与转移均有关系。通过研究其参与甲状腺癌发生发展,迁移的机制,有助于提高甲状腺癌现有的诊疗水平及判断预后。
Pituitary tumor transforming gene （PTTG）, separated from pituitary tumor in recent years, is an oncology gene that can induces carcinoma, associated with the occurrence, development and metastasis of multiple tumor types. Through the studies of mechanism of PTTG participating in occurrence, development and metastasis of thyroid carcinoma, we can improve the recent diagnosis and treatment level of thyroid carcinoma and the judgement of prognosis.
