摘要
为提高电力系统的容量利用率和供电电压质量,江西省电力公司对江西各级电网及各类电力用户功率因数有着明确的规定,并采用经济手段进行管理。电气化铁路作为一个大宗用户,面临着如何采取有效措施提高功率因数使其达到要求,以免功率因数过低而造成罚款(功率因数调整费)的严峻问题。
In order to improve power system utilization of capability and quality of supply voltage, the power factor of all levels of electric network and all kinds of electric power user are regulated clearly and managed through economical method by JiangXi Grid Corp. As a staple user the electrified railway faces the problem that how to improve the power factor to achieve the request.
