摘要
报道以易得的10-十一烯醇(2)为原料合成11-十四碳烯-1-醇(1)的简便方法.关键步骤是聚合物支载的Wittig试剂(聚苯乙烯基二苯基-正-丙基溴化磷盐)与十一醛四氢吡喃醚在THF中以NaH作碱条件下反应,然后在甲醇溶液中加浓盐酸去掉吡喃保护基,得到目标化合物(1).顺、反异构体之比为78.5∶21.
This communication reports a facile synthesis of 11 tetradecen 1 ol(1) starting from the easily accessible 10 undecen 1 ol(2). The key step involved the reaction of polymer supported Witting reagent (polystyryldiphenyl n propyl phosphonium bromide) with tetrahydropyrany loxyundecanal in THF using sodium hydride as the base followed by treatment with conc. HCl in methanol to remove the protective pyranyl group to get the title compound (1), the ratio of cis to trans isomers is 78.5∶21.5.
