摘要
新一轮土地利用总体规划修编业已启动,针对当前城市总体规划与土地利用总体规划之间产生的分歧和不协调,根据规划及社会经济发展的基本原则,探求两者衔接和协调的原则、内容和基本途径。
A new modification of general land use planning was already started. In tiffs paper the rules, content and means of how to link and assort with each other were figured out based on the elementary role of planning and social economic development.
