超显性基因作用与分子标记回归方程的关系

摘要 对以正交表形式表现的共显性动物分子标记资料,根据超显性基因控制的数量性状遗传模型配合了动物分子标记回归方程通式。结果表明:对以正交表形式表现的超显性基因共显性分子标记资料配合的分子标记回归方程,可以对超显性基因的超显性系数加以估计,并可作为杂种优势利用的依据。 The over-dominant gene is a kind of important gene that controls quantitative trait. The estinration of the coefficient of over-dominant gene is very important in the utilization of heterosis fully. In this article, a general analysis model of the use of co-dominant molecular marker materials was established to diseuss the relation between the coefficient of over-dominant gene and the eoefilcients of molecular marker regression equation. The result showed the coefficient of over-dominant gene can be estimated with the coefficient of molecular marker regression equations fitting the orthogonal layout co-dominant molecular marker materials under some hypothetical conditions, and a new forecasting method of the confining ability of animals and the heterosis utilization was supplied
