摘要
提出一种异形紧凑拉伸试样ECT,通过弹塑性有限元分析和电阻应变计实测应变证明其具有压力容器接管内拐角处的高应变梯度场特征,可以用来模拟压力容器接管区开展裂纹低周应变疲劳扩展规律的研究.
A new especial compact tension (ECT) specimen was designed for the require of studing fatigue behavior at the junction of vessel and nozzle. There is a good agreement between the computed resu'ts by FEM and the experimential data. The resu'ts she wed that the characteristic of the strain distribution in ECT specimen is same as that at the junction of vessal and nozzle:peak strain, great strain gradient, elastic fnield all around.
