摘要
文章扼要阐述了“形态物证”与“实验室物证”的区别和联系,论述了“形态物证”的概念、基本内容及其作用,分别论证了尸体形态、血液形态、燃烧形态……等十二种“形态物证”在现场勘查中所能提供的显性和隐性信息内容,揭示了形态物证在案情推断和重现犯罪过程中的作用。
This article describes brifely the differences and relations of ＂figure exhibits＂ and ＂lab exhibits＂ ,and discusses the idea, basic content and the roles of ＂formal exhibits＂. It demonstrates the dominant and recessive information content of twelve＂ formal exhibits＂ such as body form, blood form,burning form ,etc. that provide in crime scene investigation. It also discloses the roles of ＂formal exhibits＂ on presuming cases and reappearing process of commission of crime.
