Mg(ClO_4)_2对胆甾醇光氧化反应的转化率无影响,但对产物分布有影响,主要产物为7-OOH,Mg(ClO_4)_2促进了5α-OOH 重排至7-OOH.
Mg(CIO_4)_2 has no effects on the rate of the photooxydation of cholesterol,but effects on the product distribution of the photooxydation of cholesterol,the major product is 7-OOH. Mg(CIO_4)_2 promotes rearrangement of 5α-OOH to 7-OOH.
