摘要
当前我国农业信息化发展一方面是农民亟待需求大量信息,一方面又存在着严重的信息能力不足。因此,只有实事求是地对农民的信息需求、信息能力和信息服务对策进行深层分析,形成结论和提出对策,才能为我国农业发展制定相关政策提供理论依据。
While there is an immense demand of agriculture-related information in the country, there is a severe deficiency of information supply. The writers of the paper, therefore, argue for an in-depth analysis of the information demand, supply and service so as to provide with the theoretical basis for the governmental policies in the regard.
