摘要
为求解运输问题的表上作业法提供一种新的理论解释和这种理论解释的某些应用．
We provide a new theoretical explannation and some of its applitations for table working method of solving transportativn problem.In the first part of the paper,we set the network model of transportation problem,Suggest a maximum flow and the correctness of the algorithm is proved.
