摘要
现阶段,我国城市管理行政不文明执法事件屡有发生,究其原因,既有城市管理执法人员自身、执法环境方面的影响,也有执法工作特性、对执法工作的管理等方面的因素。应从优化人员组成、狠抓工作作风、优化执法环境、加强有效监督、建立科学考评机制、推行信息化和数字化管理等方面入手,切实改善这项工作。
Uncivilized enactment in urban administration is not rare in our country. The causes can be attributed to a number of areas ： that resulting from the management, the legal environment, the characteristics of the work itself and supervision of the enactment. To solve the problem, the personnel should be optimized, the wTork style should be improved, supervision should be strengthened, rational assessment should be conducted and digital ＆ information-based management should be practiced.
