摘要
分析了JA型喷气织机主喷嘴喷射气流的密度和静压,实际测量了气流通过主喷嘴的压力降,分析并计算了造成压力降的沿程阻力和局部阻力,发现局部阻力是造成主喷嘴能耗的主要原因,应改进主喷嘴的结构以降低局部阻力。
This paper analysed the main nozzle's flow density and static pressure of JA model air jet loom, measured the pressure when air flows through the main nozzle, calculated and analysed the line resistance and local resistance which caused the flow pressure drop, and fund that local resistance is the main reason of nozzle's energy consumption, the structure of the main nozzle should be improved to reduce the local resistance.
