摘要
目前高等院校国有资产管理中存在许多问题,亟待解决。其主要措施是:转变管理观念;建立统一领导、分级、归口的国有资产管理体制;健全财产管理机制,落实财产管理工作人员,抓好国有资产的使用和管理;将国有资产管理纳入系统化、规范化、法制化的轨道。
There are a lot of problems in the state - run assets management in the colleges and universities at present. The problems demand prompt solution. The main measures are： changing the management idea; setting up the state - run assets management system which is led unifiedly, graded, and been responsible for; perfecting the mechanism of the property management; implementing the managerial staff members of the property; doing a good job of use and management of state - run assets; making state - run assets management systematized, standardized, and legalized.
