新农村建设是党中央在我国社会发展关键时期作出的重要战略决策。新农村建设,不仅是我国农村经济、文化的大发展,更是农村民主法治的大发展。重视法制对新农村建设的促进作用,是建立和谐新农村的根本要求。
The construction of new countries is the principal strategic decision of the Party center, while our nation and society are in the crucial period of development. The construction of new countries is not only the great development in economy and culture of our country, but also the great development in democracy and nomocracy . Attaching importance to legal - system will promote the construction of new countries, as well as meeting the radical demands of constructing harmonious ones.
