摘要
葡萄糖酸钙的生产一般是以淀粉为原料经液化、糖化、发酵、中和、精制、结晶、干燥制得的。而以母液为原料,其原料成本低,工艺流程短,减少了营养元素的添加,大幅度地降低了生产成本,值得推广。
The production of calcium gluconate is usually composed of seven procedures which are liquefaction,saccharification, fermentation, neutralization, refine ment, crystallization and drying, with the materials of starch. During the course of production we use the mother liquid as the material. Owing to the low cost of the mother liquid, we can also lower the cost of production greatly,shorten the craft course,reduce the addition of nutrition,so the way of such kind of production is really worth a promotion.
