摘要
目前,我国农村人力资源开发在强调学校教育和学历教育的基础上,当务之急是对现有的农村人力资源的开发。解决农村人力资源开发的重要内容包括:实施农村人力资源开发工程;实施农村转移人口教育培训工程;推行职业资格证书制度,完善就业准入制度;实施高等职业院校毕业生职业资格培训工程。
