摘要
目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法测定甲硝唑呋喃唑酮栓中甲硝唑,呋喃唑酮的标示量百分含量。方法:采用外标法,在十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶填充色谱柱上进行分析。结论:色谱柱选择性良好、方法重现性好、定量准确。
Objective： To establish a method of high perfect liquid chromatography for determining the content of the Metronidazole and Furazolidone. Methods：Using external standard method to determine it on C18 column. Conclusion： The method reappears is good, the quantity is acurate.
