摘要
文中用改进的BP人工神经网络(ANN)方法,建立了固-液旋流分离器的网络模型,实现了根据处理物性参数和分离要求进行固-液水力旋流器结构与操作工艺参数的全面设计,弥补了以往数学模型方法的某些不足,为固-液水力旋流器结构参数和操作工艺参数的优化提出了一种有效而简单的新方法。
A network model of solid-liquid hydrocyclones was established by using improved BP artificial neural network method. The comprehensive design of the geometric and operating parameters of solid-liquid hydrocyclones was carried out with only inputting the physical property and the separation requirement parameters. The neural network method has remedied some defects of mathematical model, thus providing a new effective method for the optimization of the geometric and operating parameters of solid-liquid hydrocyclones.
